Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Presentation of Services

Santahara Beleri S.R.L. (the "Company", "we") provides professional archaeometry and structural conservation services, including the study of the mechanical properties of historical materials, 3D laser scanning for archaeological sites, and foundation consolidation technologies.

All services are described in individual technical proposals and commercial offers. We do not provide tourism, guiding, or financial consulting services.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Client is obliged to provide all necessary information and access to the work location for the correct execution of the studies.
• The Company undertakes to perform the services in accordance with professional standards and agreed technical specifications, using certified equipment and methods.
• The results (reports, scans, analyses) are the intellectual property of the Company until the project is fully settled.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are based on scientific data and measurements. We do not guarantee specific consolidation results beyond the issued technical recommendations.

Our liability is limited to the contract value for the respective service. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequences of decisions made by the client based on our reports.

4. Financial Conditions and Termination

• Payments are made according to the schedule established in the invoice. Delays may lead to the suspension of work.
• The Client may terminate the contract in writing, with 14 days' notice, and is responsible for the costs of work performed up to that point.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel a project in case of unacceptable safety conditions or failure to provide essential information.

5. Modification of Terms

This document may be updated periodically. The current version is always available on the website santaharabeleri.com. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
